Alumni of Woldingham School - Bursaries for Postgraduate Law Study
Alumni of Woldingham School may be eligible for a Postgraduate Bursary through the SCAST scheme which offers up to 125 awards of £2,500 each for alumni of a limited number of schools. The SCAST scheme supports postgraduate studies across all disciplines and institutions. SCAST applications close on 1 September 2009 and full details of the scheme are available here: http://www.scast.org.uk/index.htm.
The Law School at the University of Reading would very much welcome postgraduate applicants who are applying for SCAST bursaries. Prospective applicants should feel free to contact the School’s Director of Postgraduate Research, Dr Lawrence McNamara (l.mcnamara@reading.ac.uk) if they wish to discuss postgraduate opportunities at Reading. Applicants should either have a first degree in Law or a related discipline such as Politics, Criminology, Sociology, History or Commerce. The Law School also has separate scholarships for its Master of Research Programmes.
